    BUBS

Tired of all baby activities being in the morning? Well, we’re now offering a Baby & Me Yoga class on Wednesday afternoons at 3.15pm. No bookings necessary.

    KIDS

    Why do Kid’s need Yoga?
I often hear from parents that they would love their kids to come to yoga but they’re too busy with other after school activities and therefore they would be too tired to come to yoga! Well, my response to this is, that’s exactly the reason kids need yoga! Yoga teaches kids at a young age how to be rather than do, how to relax, how to breathe, how to use their excess energy, encourages them to use their imagination and improves their self confidence. Also it’s not competitive so it’s perfect for children who don’t enjoy team sports but also fantastic for those who are sporty as it teaches them how to stretch to reduce the risk of injury. Also the very best tool for teens to help them deal with the pressures of school and exams.

  • Family Yoga
Join Melissa April 25 from 3.30- 4.30pm for yoga- fun for the whole family. Mums, Dads, Grandparents and kids of all ages and yoga experience welcome.

This workshop will explore lots of ocean creatures including sharks, whales, dolphins, fish, mermaids and turtles. There will also be time for some beach inspired yoga games and a relaxation whilst lying on the sand.

Whilst your kids are having fun at our yoga beach, you can relax and revive in a yoga class just for mums in our 2nd room.
